Creating internal events presents additional complications compared to day-to-day operations, especially when it comes to ensuring security and controlled access only for authorized employees. In addition, data privacy is a key concern, as the employee database contains sensitive information that needs to be protected.

For this reason, most companies are forced to hire external solutions that are not integrated with their usual access control systems to invite, manage and record employees and their attendance.
