Last year, mci group accelerated its adoption of AI to enhance creativity and operational efficiency. The integration of smart technology into content creation, data intelligence, and event experiences helped drive major gains:
- SwitchAI, the group’s intelligent LMS, increased learning engagement by 70%.
- Early adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot greatly enabled team collaboration and insight generation.
- The group maintained its leadership in cybersecurity, achieving an exceptional CyberVadis score of 923/1,000 and renewing its ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications for information security and privacy management.
Advancing growth through human potential
The group deepened its focus on employee development and transformational leadership, delivering:
- 10,700 hours of learning.
- More than 1,200 employees participated in well-being and DEI&B programme initiatives.

Delivering on sustainability commitments
In 2024, mci group strengthened its leadership in sustainability:
- Earning an EcoVadis Silver Medal with a score of 67/100, placing the group among the top 15% of companies assessed worldwide.
- Over 10,000 suppliers now adhere to mci group’s Supplier Code of Conduct.
- The group remains committed to publishing science-based targets (SBTi) by 2026 and is introducing mandatory ethics training for all employees in the coming year.
Strengthening global presence and industry leadership
- In 2024, mci group expanded its global operations through strategic acquisitions of ESN (Brussels), aNd Logisticx (Canada), and matter (France). New offices in Mexico and Colombia further strengthened the group’s LATAM presence.
